Oliver J. Manley


Oliver Manley joined 30 Park Place in 2005 as a pupil and thereafter became a tenant in 2006.  Since 2006 his practice has grown to encompass a wide range of employment matters but also includes commercial/chancery and personal injury.  He considers that having such a diverse practice allows him to bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to employment cases.  

His experience covers all areas of employment law including: unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, whistle blowing and discrimination.  Oliver has appeared regularly in the Employment Tribunal and the EAT with his first reported case being in the EAT in 2010 (Lawless v Print Plus (2010) UKEAT/0333/09/JOJ).  Oliver consistently experiences excellent feedback from clients which accounts for his repeat instructions.  He has regularly been ranked by Legal 500.  A recent example being: â??He has a good manner with clients and inspires confidence" (Legal 500, 2014).

Oliver lives in Bristol and is therefore ideally situated to offer his services in a wide geographical area. He regularly attends courts not just in Wales but also throughout the South West, South East and the Midlands.
