Lindsay MacNeill

Biography

Lindsay is an Associate in the Risk Advisory Services Group of Pinsent Masons, specialising in the investigation and defence of regulatory offences.

Lindsay trained with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), spending her time in the National Casework Division dealing with Proceeds of Crime Actions, supporting Crown Counsel and appearing in Court in summary proceedings from first appearance through to trials in the Sheriff Court.

Following her traineeship, Lindsay moved to criminal defence to specialise in corporate and regulatory crime. She has appeared on behalf of clients in summary and solemn proceedings and on behalf of clients in Fatal Accident Inquiries throughout Scotland.
