Hugh Lyons

Hugh Lyons is a partner with Baker McKenzie. He specialises in banking litigation, particularly disputes involving distressed or insolvent companies or fraud and financial misconduct. Hugh has extensive experience of high profile, high value litigation and regularly acts for major financial institutions and leading insolvency office-holders. He has managed a number of significant Commercial Court actions, as well as appeals to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
