Michelle Leonard
Michelle is a Property Disputes specialist. Prior to joining LexisPSL Michelle was an Associate at DJ Freeman and Nabarro, and was a Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing and the London office of Browne Jacobson. She has a wide range of experience in property disputes matters, including formulating redevelopment strategies, rights of light issues, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break options, rent reviews, possession claims and property-related insolvency issues. She has acted for large property companies, pension funds, NHS trusts, local authorities, retail tenants and high net-worth individuals.
