Mikhail Adam is a solicitor with 7 years’ post qualification experience in business immigration and litigation.
He advises corporate and private clients on the routes of immigration available to them and on the UK’s Points Based System. His particular expertise is in providing business immigration advice and assistance to high net worth individuals in connection with their applications for leave to enter (or remain) under the investor, entrepreneur and business visitor routes.
Over the years, Mikhail has acted extensively for private education institutions in relation to their licensing and sponsorship issues arising under Tiers 2 and 4 of the Points Based System. He has also gained valuable experience in challenging the Home Office’s investigation and decision-making processes by way of judicial review proceedings in the High Court.
