Margarita Kato

Margarita advises clients on transactional and regulatory matters. She has worked extensively on the day-to-day conduct of transactions, including M&A and Part VII transfers involving drafting of key documents and managing project timetables. Margarita has also advised a number of clients on corporate governance and regulatory issues and processes, including authorisations, changes in control and passporting.
