Jane Jensen

Jane specialises in contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on patents. She trained at Bristows LLP and qualified in 2008. She spent eight years in Bristows’ IP litigation department before joining the Lexis®PSL IP and Life sciences teams in 2016. During her time in private practice Jane was involved in the litigation of a number of patents before the High Court and Court of Appeal and also gained extensive experience of cross-border litigation within Europe and elsewhere in the world. Jane has degree in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from Oxford University and a diploma in IP Law from Oxford University.
