Rebecca Jarvis

Rebecca is Joint Global Head of the Linklaters Restructuring and Insolvency team. She has outstanding experience in all aspects of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work acting for banks, financial institutions, other creditors, corporate clients and insolvency practitioners in relation to recovery, reconstruction or distressed debt problems.

With a remarkable breadth of practice, Rebecca has acted on a wide range of work-outs, stressed refinancings and administrations and liquidations such as the administration of Waterford Wedgewood, Petroplus and La Senza and the restructurings of European Directors KCA Deutag and Truvo advising financial creditors. She also led the team on the restructuring and subsequent administration of Battersea Power Station.

Rebecca’s most recent transactions include (i) leading the team advising the EBOK Lenders in respect of the attempted restructuring of the Afren Group and (ii) leading the team advising the international lenders to the Lonmin Group.
