Nicola Horton

Nicola Horton is a principal within Kingston Smith LLP's corporate finance team. She is a seasoned corporate financier with over 18 years' experience of providing lead advisory services to a wide variety of quoted and private companies.

Her transaction experience includes advising on public offers (both advising the offeror and Rule 3 advice), private company acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, the raising of debt, development and venture capital, AIM admissions and Section 21 approval of financial promotions. In addition, she has conducted strategic reviews of and provided ongoing strategic advice to the boards of owner-managed businesses and family-run businesses.

Having spent six years working within the publishing industry prior to embarking upon a career in corporate finance, Nicola has focused upon publishing transactions in particular and on the wider media sector more broadly. She also has experience of a number of other sectors, including food and drink, business support services, retail and property.
