Tim is dual-qualified in England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland, and advises on all aspects of UK and EU privacy and data protection law. Tim has a detailed knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and co-authored White & Case's GDPR Handbook (whitecase.com/eu-gdpr-handbook) which provides in-depth guidance on the impact of that legislation, and the GDPR National Implementation Guide (whitecase.com/gdpr-national-guide) which analyses national GDPR implementing laws in all 31 EEA jurisdictions. Tim is also a Contributing Editor of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Data Protection (iclg.com/practice-areas/data-protection-laws-and-regulations).
