Biography

Rebecca Bailey-Harris is a barrister and mediator at 1 Hare Court. Principal areas of practice include private law disputes in family matters and international jurisdictional disputes. She is case editor of Family Law, editor of the Family Law Reports and advisory editor of International Family Law.

Professor Bailey-Harris has also held the following positions:
