Simon Baggs

Simon specialises in the protection of IP rights with a particular focus on the online environment. He has advised content and IP owners (and their representative bodies) in many of the key cases in this area. Simon is also a Director of Incopro Limited, a company that provides IP owners with a clear understanding of the infringement landscape and the options for enforcement. He is a member of the media committee for the Society for Computers and Law and a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers.
