Christine Graham

Christine Graham is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice at Cooley (UK) LLP. Ms Graham advises clients in a broad range of sectors on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, most notably, in the technology, media and communications sectors. Her experience covers a wide range of antitrust issues including EU and UK merger control, Article 101/Chapter I investigations, Article 102/Chapter II issues and competition law litigation. Ms Graham also has extensive experience of advising clients on competition law compliance strategies and on issues in relation to distribution and joint venture arrangements. More recently, Ms Graham has been seconded to the UK Government on Brexit-related matters.
