Biography

Richard is Head of Digital within Richemont's intellectual property department. He is responsible for all digital legal matters across the group's luxury brands, including including Cartier, Montblanc, Alfred Dunhill, NET-A-PORTER.com, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC, Chloé, Shanghai Tang and Panerai.

Richard specialises in technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and strategic outsourcing transactions. His expertise includes providing commercial and regulatory support in connection with IT, communications, media, e-commerce, broadcasting and gambling projects; privacy; data protection; and information security.

Richard was a partner in Edwards Wildman when he contributed to LexisPSL IP & IT.
