Alex Goodman
Alex practices in all areas of planning law and regularly appears at planning inquiries. He specialises in particular in judicial review and statutory challenges in the High Court.
Alex is due to publish an updated volume of Atkin's Court Forms on Commons and Greens in August 2013. He has enjoyed an eclectic range of other instructions in fields such as election law, footpaths and environmental prosecutions. He has extensive experience of immigration work, particularly in judicial review proceedings relating to deportation, fresh claims, and detention.
