Claudia is a corporate lawyer with significant experience advising on the full range of corporate transactions, specialising in equity capital markets. She has spent over 15 years working in private practice at Pinsent Masons and Trowers & Hamlins, latterly as a corporate PSL. Claudia also worked at the UK Listing Authority advising companies and their advisers on the interpretation of the Listing Rules and on secondment to a corporate broking and advisory house.
