Jacob is Of Counsel in the tax team at CMS. He joined Olswang in 2007 as a trainee before qualifying into the tax department. Jacob advises on a broad range of direct and indirect tax issues. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including advising both UK and offshore clients on structures for property investment and development, joint ventures and acquisitions and disposals. Jacob also provides structuring and transactional advice in relation to corporate sales and acquisitions, as well as advising both institutions and management teams on private equity transactions.
