Peter Gell

Peter was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and holds qualifications in law and a Masters degree in taxation conferred by the University of NSW. He also holds the international designation of Chartered Taxation advisor. He has served on the taxation and GST sub committees of the Law Society of NSW, has presented at numerous conferences and seminars, has published with Lexis Nexis in estate planning and assisted the College of law in writing subject material for its masters degree in estate planning. Peter practices in taxation advisory, estate planning and wills, probate and commercial law. He serves a wide range of clients, including public companies and associations, other law firms, accountancy and financial planning firms, small to medium sized enterprises and individuals.
