Melanie Ashworth

Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 1999 in the Commercial team at Eversheds and has specialised in commercial law throughout her career. Her private practice work also includes experience at Rowe & Maw and Addleshaw Goddard, and she has additional experience as an in-house lawyer at GEC Alsthom, MyTravel Group and Latitude Digital Marketing, where she was General Counsel, specialised in digital marketing law and forged a reputation as an early legal adopter of social media.
