Jack Doukov-Eustice

Jack specialises in EU Procurement and State aid law advising public and private sector clients on a range of issues. In particular, Jack focuses on project procurement, which includes energy, construction and asset management procurements. Jack has advised on contracts, frameworks and concession agreements and the procurement processes for each. He has also written industry guidance on adding Social Value into procurements and has delivered training on this topic. On State aid he focusses on EU-funded projects and on funding issues in development agreements.
