Henar Durantez

Henar is a Competition Lawyer at Uría Menéndez with particular expertise on mergers and contentious Competition Law. While her practice covers all aspects of European and Spanish Competition Law, Henar is well known for having extensive experience in mergers, dawn-raids, cartels, abuse of dominant position cases and anti-trust compliance programs. She has acted for clients in various sectors (baking, insurance, energy, pharmaceutical, transport, building materials, chemical,'), with a particular focus on the retail sector. She is ranked and recommended in a number of peer-to-peer publications including Chambers and Best Lawyer.
