Amy Douthwaite

Amy is an associate in the Employment Team at Kemp Little providing commercial and practical advice to employers on a wide range of employment issues. Amy advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters including recruitment and termination of staff, day-to-day HR advice, reorganisations and individual and collective redundancies, changing terms and conditions, post-termination restrictions, employment issues on corporate transactions and outsourcing and employment litigation.

Amy advises a range of businesses from start-ups to multi-national organisations and in a wide variety of sectors, including in financial services, technology, digital media and retail. Amy regularly speaks at client and external seminars and provides bespoke in-house training for clients.

Amy joined the Employment Team at Kemp Little in September 2013 from Slaughter and May, having graduated from the University of Oxford in 2007.
