Kathryn Dooks

Kathryn advises on all aspects of employment and business immigration law including providing strategic and day-to-day HR advice, conducting litigation, drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, advising on executive hires and terminations, outsourcings and M&A activity, TUPE, discrimination and whistleblowing issues and drafting contracts and policies. Kathryn has a particular focus on social media and employment and has given training and written articles on this, as well as a number of other topics. Kathryn has worked with clients across a range of sectors including traditional and digital marketing, media, e-commerce, software and financial services. Kathryn graduated with a degree in Law from Cambridge University in 2001. Kathryn worked at international law firm Clifford Chance for five years, before moving to Kemp Little in March 2008. Kathryn is a member of the HR steering committee of the National Outsourcing Association.
