Helen Anderson

Biography

Helen Anderson is a senior associate based in Salans' London office. She is a member of the Global Reorganisation, Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.

Helen's practice spans corporate restructuring, banking and non-contentious and contentious insolvency, with a particular focus on corporate rescue and reorganisation. Her clients include insolvency and turnaround practitioners, banks, asset based lenders and other financial institutions, venture capitalists, directors and other stakeholders. She advises on the full spectrum of formal insolvencies (pre-pack administrations, administrative and fixed charge receiverships, compulsory, provisional and voluntary liquidations (MVL/CVL), s110 demerger schemes, company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) and schemes of arrangements), the review and enforcement of security, refinancing, restructuring, workouts, standstills, protocols and other commercial arrangements, in both a domestic and cross-border context. Recent sector experience includes retail, commercial airlines, ship chartering, financial institutions, trade finance, printing, manufacturing, real estate and service industries.
