Torrin heads Bell Gully's market-leading competition/antitrust law practice, which has been voted 'Elite' by GCR for the past nine years. Torrin advises on the full spectrum of competition related matters ' with particular expertise on cross-border M&A and cartel leniency issues. His work also includes acting for corporate clients to successfully resolve Commerce Commission investigations into alleged cartel and market power conduct and working with clients to develop and implement effective compliance programmes. He is the principal day-to-day competition law contact for many of the region's largest companies and can call on strong working relationships with regulators to resolve his clients' legal issues quickly and effectively.
