3Short title, interpretation and extent

(1)    This Act may be cited as the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 2002.

(2)    In this Act, “appropriate Minister” means—

(a)    in relation to England, the Secretary of State,

(b)    in relation to Wales, the National Assembly for Wales.

(3)    This Act extends to England and Wales only.
