33Recipients of disabled person's tax credit

In the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986, in—

(a)    section 8(b) (availability of advice and assistance), and

(b)    section 11(2)(b) (clients' contributions),

after “of” insert “disabled person's tax credit,”.
